Spiritridge is more than just a school. It is a community working together to develop growth and learning and provide strength and connection for our children, our families and each other.

Our mission as a PTSA is to make every child’s potential a reality.  We commit to work together with our community to provide a powerful voice for children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and advocate for the education and well-being of every child.

Our PTSA goal for the 2009/10 year is to continue our mission by celebrating our community with renewed participation and volunteerism.  In honor of our 40 year anniversary, we are inviting our community members to get involved by challenging everyone to attend at least 4 school or PTSA events and spend at least 4 hours volunteering for the school.

Middle School Planning Informational Meetings for 5th Grade Parents

Each middle school in the Bellevue School District will host an information evening for fifth grade parents.   Although it may seem early, planning for next school year has already begun!  The district open enrollment period is January 11 to February 12, 2010.  We invite you to attend any of the presentations that are of interest.

H1N1 Parent Update

The Bellevue School District Nurses would like to help you keep your family healthy this flu season.  To accomplish this, we will be sending information home periodically this fall so that we can keep you updated on information and recommendations from the Seattle King County Public Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).  Please read the handout from the CDC and help your children understand the importance of these preventative steps.

Please feel free to email us with your comments, questions or suggestions.
