12 VERY SIMPLE WAYS YOU CAN EARN MONEY FOR SPIRITRIDGE ELEMENTARY
No "Effort” Fundraising! There are many ways that funds can be raised for Spiritridge Elementary with little effort. While shopping at the retailers listed below, a percentage of your spending will be donated to the PTSA. The PTSA in turns uses these funds to support programs that benefit the students at Spiritridge Elementary School. So please take a few minutes and sign up today and let your shopping earn money for our school!
1. It’s easy to raise money for our school while you shop at Amazon.com! Just access thier website thorugh our website and Spiritridge will automatically receive a percentage of your purchase. The donation amount is dependent upon the overall all amount our parents spend in a given month.
Next time you want to go shopping at Amazon, remember to come here first! Click on the Amazon Logo at the right or on this link to ensure Spiritridge gets credit for the order.
2. The original and largest electronic fundraising program where participating merchants contribute each time you make a purchase using your free grocery loyalty or debit/credit cards that are registered with eScrip. There are no receipts to collect, no vouchers or certificates to buy, no hassles for you – and every purchase counts.
To register your card(s) online, got to www.escrip.com, click on sign-up, and follow the instructions. Our group name is Spiritridge Elementary School, and our group number is 8566790.
You can use eScrip at many locations, including Macy's, and Safeway.
3. When you use your Albertsons card through their Community Partners Program, 5% of your purchases will be donated to Spiritridge. You must register your card online at www.albertsons.com to designate your purchases to go to Spiritridge. On the Albertsons home page, plug in your zip code and click on the In The Community link, then click on Education & Development and the Community Partners Program.
4. When you use your Target Card or your Target Visa Card, 1% of your purchases will be donated to Spiritridge. We will receive 2.5% of your purchases when you order online at www.target.com (this is one of the stores that are listed on the Box Tops 4 Education website).
5. Office Depot gives 5% of your total purchase amount back to school from the purchases you make. When you shop at the store, phone or online, use this ID# 70105960. Please share this number with your neighbors and friends. If you find yourself at the checkout and don’t have the number with you, just give them our school name and they will gladly credit our school with your purchase. www.officedepot.com
6. There are two programs available through Box Tops 4 Education:
Cut out box tops from General Mills products and send them to school with your child. A list of products is available at www.boxtops4education.com. Spiritridge receives 10 cents per box top. Box tops can be turned in to the office at your any time.
Go to www.boxtops4education.com and register for the Booster Club. Then, when you shop online at over 200 popular stores, SPIRITRIDGE will receive a percentage of your purchases.
7. For more than 30 years, Labels for Education ™ has been awarding free educational equipment to schools in exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. It's a fun, easy program where students, families and members of the community work together for a common goal. Save the UPC codes from various Campbell's, Franco-American, Pepperidge Farm, Swanson, and Market Day products, as well as lids from various V8 and Prego products, and turn them in at school.
8. Tyson Project A+ Clip the entire Tyson Project A+ label from participating Tyson products and turn them in. Each label is worth 24 cents. For more information, go to http://www.tyson.com/projectaplus/
9. Cartridges of Kids Save your empty ink jet cartridges and old cell phones. Most types are accepted. Please turn them in to the school office. We recycle through Cartridges For Kids. Start saving them now and turn them in any time. We usually receive between $1.00 - $4.00 per cartridge or phone.
10. Watch for our Dine out for Spiritridge nights, where at least 10% of your check goes back to our school. We will be picking nights soon and letting people know. All you need to do is bring in a flyer.
11.CapriSun and TerraCycle have teamed up to keep used drink pouches out of landfills. Turn in your empty CapriSun drink pouches and the school will earn $.02 per pouch. The drink pouches must be in good condition. Turn them in at the office inside a ziplock bag.
